Scrimshaw’s Mobile Plant Repairs started in 2015 by director and sole mechanic Daniel Scrimshaw. Bringing over 12 years of experience within the industry to the company, allowed Daniel to offer a mobile and onsite ready service for general servicing and repairs on vehicles, trucks, and plant equipment.
To this day, we still offer a hassle free mobile mechanical service to Bathurst and the Central West Region, whilst also offering a 24/7 breakdown service.
Our vehicles are equipped to accomodate most job sites WHS requirements, with current SWMS readily available upon request. Daniel has also had a number of years experience working in the rail industry, and is fully qualified to work on rail job sites.
General Servicing
All servicing is completed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. We are committed to completing each service efficiently and at a time that suits each client so that there is minimal downtime. Clients are always informed of when their next service is due via service stickers and are also informed if any repairs may need to be completed.
General Repairs
If your equipment is not working exactly as it should, we can come to you to diagnose the problem and discuss any possible repairs needed. With Daniel’s numerous years of experience you can rely on most problems being diagnosed quickly and a solution presented to you for your consideration. All repairs can be quote prior if necessary.
Preventative Maintenance
A service we offer to our regular clients is preventative maintenance. This includes an inspection of equipment and small maintenance performed to ensure the equipment is running smoothly. We feel this is an important aspect of our service as more times then not we can fix small issues before they become big issues.
